James Underwood is a state and nationally certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS). He has more than 33 years of experience in hearing healthcare and his mission is to help patients experience better hearing through reconnecting with family and friends.
At Underwood Hearing, we know a voice on a cell phone can connect you with someone you love. Kid’s giggling can connect you to your childhood. Sharing stories around the table can connect you with family. These connections can fade away as you lose your ability to hear. Mary Jane Chapa is our Patient Service Coordinator from Houston, Texas. Mary Jane attended Stephen F. Austin State University and started working at Underwood Hearing Aids in 1999. She was drawn to the profession because she was raised around family with hearing impairment.
What Mary Jane loves most is being a part of making a difference in people’s lives. She strives to understand each customer’s individual needs.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Mary Jane loves hobbies such as biking, gardening, hiking and rock painting.
