Trey was very professional, thorough, and spent a lot of time with us answering questions, giving information about hearing, and my personal hearing loss and how their hearing aids would help me. He gave tips on how I can personally help improve my hearing loss, and also very new technology such as AI, which improves hearing aids functions. He went into detail about what our insurance covers, what our part is, and gave several options for payment. Underwood does take UHC insurance, which is a great benefit to us.
